The Silent Promise of New Beginnings
Hello, lovelies!
How are you weathering change, my friends?
We are seeing dismantling all around us, and we are experiencing it INSIDE of us, too, on some level. How can we not be affected? The evidence of change is the turmoil, unrest and violence as the dying away continues. Beneath all of it, fertilized by it, is new growth, budding and winding like young, determined shoots and delicate vines, coiling and connecting against the damp earth under the blanket of fallen leaves that hides their progress.
We may not see the new growth and possibility. We may only see the death, decay and rot. It settles all around us. And we may feel convinced that this is all there is. But, like the death card in the Tarot, death makes way for new life. It is there, quietly growing under the surface of all we see. And we are the co-creators, whether we use this innate power to actively build what we are ready for or not.
In this season of the dying of the old, take heart in knowing that now is also the time to create something new, something better, to replace what is dying away. It may start internally, hidden beneath the surface of our lives, but that is where new growth usually seeds and takes root. We are challenged to think creatively, to come up with fresh solutions to old problems, to discard our own expired patterns and habits, choosing their replacements wisely. And to allow our growth to spread outwardly, working with others to formulate something new where we can in the world around us.
What do you see in your life that is needing to change or be replaced? You, with all of your own genius and particular gifts. You, with all of your unique life experiences and deep wisdom gained from it. You, a sovereign soul living this human life in the way only YOU can. You have so much power. How will you use it?
