The Empathy Tapes (Every 4th Saturday)

Empathy is a beautiful gift, but it comes with it's own set of challenges. If you're naturally empathic, that is, someone who is attuned to the emotions of others, you may have struggled with maintaining healthy boundaries, feeling drained, having health issues, or other challenges related to being empathic. But we can learn how to understand the gift of Empathy, to heal unhealthy coping mechanisms and empower ourselves!

The Empathy Tapes is a recurring event every 4th Saturday of the month that makes receiving healing energy and Spirit guidance around the gift of Empathy more accessible. During this event, our unconditionally loving guides, teachers and healers in Spirit step close to surround each of us in their loving healing energy in a brief group healing.
