Shamanic Drumming Journey at Home

Let's embark on a Shamanic drumming journey together! You can wear your jammies and get cozy in a warm, quiet space at home while you listen to the sound of the drum and allow your intuition to guide you on an inward experience. You may meet your guide(s) or follow a Spirit animal into the inner worlds. Or you may have a subtle experience where you find some peaceful relaxation. Whatever you experience is exactly what you need most, guided by your own soul. Journeying is such a powerful tool for learning about our authentic selves and our spiritual path, and to receive the healing that we need, too!

As we begin, we will learn the basics on how to go on a "journey," and then we will all get comfortable for a 20-minute journey. Afterwards, those who would like to may share the highlights of their experience.
