Join us on the 1st Sunday of every month through 2024 for an energy tune-up and group meditation! Chris will lead a guided meditation as you relax into the amazing healing energy that is available to us all, and then we will sit in quiet meditation together. What an amazing way to start the month! Sign up and come with an open heart, ready to receive what is most helpful and healing for you.
